VFTB at the Prophecy Summit: Terry James

BEING A Christian is like being a fan of the Chicago Cubs: You’re not meant to experience your ultimate reward in this lifetime.  At least not usually.  Today, however, we hear the story of a man who was clinically dead three times on Good Friday of 2011, but is still with us today to describe the event.

Terry James is the author, co-author and general editor of numerous books on Bible prophecy, the partner and general editor of the popular site RaptureReady.com, and co-author of the new book HeavenVision: Glimpses Into Glory.  Terry shares the story of his exhilarating experience on that strange day, and examines other cases of near-death encounters to present a powerful case for what awaits us once we leave this world.

This interview is one of about two dozen recorded over the three days of the Prophecy Summit at Pikes Peak, July 26-28, 2013. To see these interviews with all of the presentations from the Prophecy Summit, please visit our friends at Prophecy in the News.

  1. Great to hear from Terry James. I agree with your and Sharon’s sentiments: Prophecy is given to call nonbelievers to salvation and believers to repentance, not to hurry Christ’s return.
