VFTB 172: Manufacturing Gods

Tarot_21_WorldGOD CREATES; man manufactures. Therein lies a key difference between the Gospel and the New Age.

Patricia Langer, a researcher, writer, and speaker who specializes in the supernatural, especially abduction experiences, discusses her past in the New Age movement, what brought her to Christ, and the nature of the spirits being invited into some churches by professing Christians who are all too eager for an encounter with the supernatural.

Sharon and Derek Gilbert will be at the Orlando Prophecy Summit March 28-30, 2014 with Gary Stearman, Chuck Missler, L.A. Marzulli, Jonathan Cahn, Russ Dizdar, Bill Salus, Mark Biltz, and many more. The conference will be held at the beautiful Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld. Get information here.

  1. Excellent interview. Very informative. Thankfully, the Lord has called to a person who can relate their experience to those who have been seeking and thought they had found something in the new age movement. I got a headache from trying to follow the concepts Ms. Langer was relating at the beginning. Thankfully, the context began to gel for me.

  2. Thanks for this interview. I found it very interesting and I learned a lot! Good information to know–especially since I’m living in Colorado now. There are many Newagers here–along with many followers of eastern mysticism. I really appreciated her comments about the “seeker friendly” churches, also. Funny how I know very little about these kinds of things, but the Holy Spirit definitely taught me to stay away from these type of churches. The sad thing is that it is so difficult to find a church today that actually teaches the Word of God. Most have been infiltrated with the ideas that you were discussing in the podcast. Appreciate you, Sharon, and your shows…keep up the good work! Tell Sam “Hello”for me! God Bless, Heather

  3. Thank you for doing this interview on short notice. I found it very informative, because I do not know much on these subject matters. It is most definitely a re-listen to help me find what all I missed.
